Calbright College is partnering with Riipen, the leading work-based learning platform, to provide paid, project-based experiential learning opportunities to Calbright program completers. In collaboration with California-based employers, participants will gain real-world experience in cybersecurity, data analytics, and human resources. The Calbright Career Bridge program will provide participants with relevant resume–building experiences throughout California.

What type of projects can I post?
Employers can post various projects for data, cyber or HR programs. Each project will be matched with a team of 3-5 participants.

Projects should provide 40 hours of work per participant. Each project must be completed within 2-6 weeks. For more information on creating and submitting a project, you can consult this article.
There is no limit to how many projects an employer can submit to the Calbright Career Bridge program. You will be assigned a team of 5 per project. You must be able to provide at least 5 hours of mentorship and coaching to each project team you are matched with.
If this is the case, we suggest splitting the one project into two distinct projects. Keep in mind that working with 3-5 team members means a project can require between 120-200 hours of work.

Post your tasks and collaborate directly with participants remotely. Organizations must commit at least 5 hours to provide feedback throughout the project.

Just mark projects complete to issue compensation.
Your participants will receive a $1000 stipend for their completed project, paid directly by Riipen. All you have to do is review their final submission, provide feedback, and mark the project as complete.
