Getting started with EduNovaStudy and Stay™ Career Connect powered by Riipen, is simple and structured to make your short-term project successful.
Post your project.
Submit your project to the open cohort on the Riipen platform. Our team reviews submissions and approves projects that align with program goals.
Get matched with a student.
We assign a student who is a strong fit based on their skills, interests, and experience, ensuring they can make meaningful contributions to your project.
Complete the project.
Collaborate with your student over the project period to complete 30 hours of work.
Give feedback.
After the project has been completed, provide feedback to recognize the student’s work and help them grow.
It’s that simple.

EduNova Study and Stay™ Career Connect, is a program that connects employers across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada with highly skilled international students who are already studying and living in the region. Through short-term, 30-hour work-integrated learning (WIL) projects, employers gain access to emerging talent with in-demand skills, global perspectives, and fresh ideas.
Organizations across various sectors utilize the program to advance priority initiatives, including AI, digital transformation, technology adoption, health research, and more, while testing new ideas, driving innovation, and strengthening the local talent pipeline.
