These projects can involve troubleshooting hardware or software issues, configuring networks, setting up secure systems, or managing IT service workflows using tools like ServiceNow. You may also engage learners in providing multi-platform support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. By working on these hands-on tasks, learners will apply their expertise in diagnostics, system setup, and documentation, all while contributing to your organization’s IT operations.
