The Per Scholas AI Native Business Intelligence program is a 15-week, hands-on training initiative designed to prepare learners for high-demand careers in Business Intelligence and data analytics. Participants earn the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) credential and complete AI literacy training through Google AI Essentials, equipping them with both technical BI expertise and responsible AI fluency.

Through applied labs and real-world projects, learners develop skills in SQL, data transformation, data modeling, dashboard development, and AI-assisted analytics workflows. Graduates are prepared to deliver stakeholder-ready insights that support data-driven decision-making across industries.

You can post clearly defined, real-world Business Intelligence or analytics projects that align with learners’ training. Projects may include building Power BI dashboards, developing KPI scorecards, cleaning and transforming datasets, writing SQL reports, designing governed data models with DAX, or conducting exploratory data analysis using Python.

You may also engage learners in documenting ETL workflows, auditing data quality, or creating executive-ready reports that translate insights into business recommendations. Projects should be outcome-focused and scoped for 40-hours, ensuring learners deliver tangible analytics assets your organization can immediately use.
